Barbeque is a lifestyle for us, it is a skill that we have honed since we were old enough to see over those glowing beds of fiery coals. We use only the best equipment, including a commercial grade 14 ft. reverse flow smoker with a 42" chicken rotisserie cooker, built right here in the good ol' U.S.A by Amish craftsmen. As of 2022, FireKing BBQ has newly acquired a food truck complete with a full commercial kitchen with an Old Hickory commercial smoker on the back porch! In addition, FireKing sports a 1,000 gallon, towable off-set smoker that is capable of feeding a crowd of 800 and up! Food safety, and using fresh local ingredients is something we take great pride in. We cater to large or small events, big weddings to small company picnics. Let us cook for you, on or off-site.
