Our menu is flexible and can be adapted to your liking. Our basic menu package which is most frequently requested and ordered includes: Baby-Back Ribs, Smoked and Barbeque Chicken, Country Cole-Slaw, and Cider Baked Beans. We use our own signature rubs and sauces. Give us a call or send us an email for a quick price quote for your party.
